Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG Holding) approved a cash dividend distribution for 2019.

The company’s shareholders agreed to distribute EP 182.5 million or EGP 0.088 per share as dividends in two payments of EGP 0.044 a share to be paid no later than 15 May and EGP 0.044 per share to be paid no later than 15 July, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.

For the full-year 2019, the real estate developer reported net profits of EGP 1.94 billion, up from EGP 1.77 billion in 2018, including minority shareholders’ rights.
